1. HOW MUCH WILL MY MOVE BE ?
Responding to your question through messages, emails, or calls is challenging due to limited initial information. Our PRE-MOVE SURVEYS provide a solution, benefiting both you and us. These surveys assess your belongings, sizes, volume, access points, and relevant factors like doorways and stairs. In-person surveys address your unique moving needs, estimate vehicle requirements, and allow for direct interaction.
If you’re outside our 30-mile radius, don’t worry. We offer alternatives like Video Surveys or a Full Concise Inventory List for accurate quotes.
Each customer’s needs vary significantly, making it impossible to provide a one-size-fits-all price. While many turn to Google for a general price range, it’s essential to know that packing equipment, full or partial packing services, and dismantling/reassembling often incur additional charges with most removal companies. However, we differ as these services are included in our standard pricing for FULL HOUSE REMOVALS. Otherwise, the price is determined based on the scope of work and required time.
2. Are Our Goods Fully Insured Throughout Our Move ?
We understand that the safety of your cherished belongings, especially sentimental or valuable items, is a top concern. When you book with us, you can have complete peace of mind knowing that your goods are fully insured. We provide comprehensive coverage, including Goods In Transit, Public/Employee Liabilities, and more. We are more than willing to share the certifications as evidence with our clients for their reassurance.
3. What is Our Availability and Scheduling ?
We maintain close communication with our customers regarding availability. Once a quote is accepted, we understand that clients may not have a set moving date. In such cases, a strong client-mover relationship becomes crucial. Together, we work to establish a convenient and confirmed moving date, discussing the scheduling process and addressing questions about the timeline and flexibility specific to their needs.
4. Do You Charge For Waiting For Keys Circumstance ?
The answer is NO, we do not charge for waiting for keys from the solicitors during your removal. The price you receive and accept does not include any hidden costs like a Key Waiver Fee. This is an additional benefit for our clients when booking your removal with us, as many removal companies typically charge for this waiting time.
5. Do You Provide a Dismantling and Reassembly Service ?
Absolutely, as part of our standard pricing, our skilled team will handle all the dismantling and reassembly of your items for FULL Home Removals. This service is provided at no extra charge, which sets us apart from many other removal companies. If your needs are not for a full house or business removal, a surcharge would be added for this service, along with any other specific requirements. For instance, if a client needs only larger appliances relocated but also requires our dismantle/reassembly service, a custom quote would be provided accordingly.
