So if you’ve booked a move with us, here’s exactly what you can expect on the big day.
An Early Start (with Smiles!)
Our team will arrive promptly at the time agreed. You’ll recognise us straight away in our branded vans and uniforms, and we’ll always greet you with a smile.
We do a quick walk-through of your home so we can confirm the plan, check any last-minute details, and put your mind at ease before we begin.
Room-by-Room Loading — With Care
Once we get started, we work room by room, protecting your furniture and wrapping delicate items as needed. We come equipped with everything we need:

✔️ Dollies and trolleys for heavier items
✔️ Tools to safely dismantle furniture (and reassemble later)
✔️ Protective covers for mattresses and upholstery
We load your belongings with care and precision so everything stays safe during the journey.
A Short Key Wait? No Problem
It’s common for a little time gap between leaving one home and getting the keys to the next. We’re used to it! If there’s a short key wait, we’ll pause until access is ready, and we always stay in touch so you know what’s happening.
If the wait looks longer, we’ll advise on the best way to manage your schedule.
Unloading and Setting You Up
Once we arrive at your new home, we unload everything efficiently, but never rushed.
We’ll place items in the rooms you want them, reassemble any furniture we took apart, and help you get set up as quickly as possible. If you’ve labelled your boxes, even better, it helps us get things in the right place straight away.
By the end of the day, your new home will start to feel like home.
Need Cleaning Too? Ask About Move & Shine
If you’ve added our Move & Shine Service, we’ll coordinate the clean around the move. As each room is cleared, we begin a same-day standard clean so you leave things spotless for the next owner or tenant.
